DOCUMENTARY OUT NOW!

The evidence for the benefits of transitioning to a plant-based diet is overwhelming, but how can we continue to make a compelling argument to people who have been historically resistant? Leader of the Reducetarian movement, Brian Kateman explores this issue through the lens of his own personal decision to reduce eating meat. Grappling with how to sort through conflicting advice, Brian seeks a practical path forward.

A Platform for Education and Research

The Reducetarian Foundation is a vehicle for spreading the personal, environmental, and animal welfare benefits of eating fewer animal products. We also build capacity for a larger, stronger, more diverse movement.
